Begin from a parallel ready stance at “B” facing “H.”

1.  Slide the L foot toward B forming a riding stance facing H – slowly extend the L fist to H.
2.  Execute a R MS punch.
3.  Immediately execute a L MS punch.
4.  Bring the L foot to the R foot, then slide the R foot toward A forming a riding stance facing H – slowly extend the R fist to H.
5.  Execute a L MS punch .
6.  Immediately execute a R MS punch.
7.  Move the R foot toward D forming a right front stance to D --  R MS inner forearm block.
8.  Execute a L LS front snap kick to D (maintain previous hand positions).
9.  Lower the L foot toward D forming a L front stance to D --  L MS punch.
10.  Immediately execute a R MS punch.
11.  Move the L foot toward F forming a L front stance to F --   L MS inner forearm block.
12.  Execute a R LS front snap kick to F (maintain previous hand positions).
13.  Lower the R foot toward F forming a right front stance to F --  R MS punch.
14.  Immediately execute a L MS punch.

19.  Slowly execute a R HS hooking block.
20.  Execute a L MS punch.
21.  Move the R foot toward H forming a R front stance to H -- R MS punch.
22.  Chamber the L leg for a side kick toward H while performing a double fist guarding block.
23.  Execute a L MS side thrust kick to H.
24.  Lower the L foot toward H forming a L front stance to H -- R horizontal elbow smash into L palm.
25.  Chamber the right leg for a side kick toward B while performing a double fist guarding block.
26.  Execute a R MS side thrust kick to B.
27.  Lower the R foot toward B forming a  R front stance to B -- L horizontal elbow smash into R palm.
28.  Move the L foot toward D forming a R back stance to D --  execute simultaneously a L MS knife-hand block and a R HS knife hand (rising) block. (This combination is often called a knife-hand square block or a twin knife-hand block.)

29.  Move the R foot toward D forming a R front stance to D --  R MS vertical spear hand thrust.
30.  Turn CW moving the R foot toward F to form a L back stance to F --  execute simultaneously a R MS knife-hand block and a L HS knife-hand (rising) block. (This combination is often called a knife-hand square block or a twin knife-hand block.)
31.  Move the L foot toward F forming a L front stance to F --  L MS vertical spear hand thrust.

35.  Immediately execute a L MS punch.
36.  Take a long step toward B with the L foot and then slide the R foot toward B forming a L X-stance toward C (i.e., body facing C) --  L HS back fist to B.
37.  Turn CW moving the R foot toward A forming a R front stance to A -- R MS inner forearm block with the L fist touching the R inner elbow.  ( This technique is often called an augmented block or a double forearm block.)
38.  Bring the R foot to the L foot, turn CCW  moving the L foot toward C forming a L front stance to C --  L MS inner forearm block with the R fist touching the L inner elbow.  ( This technique is often called an augmented block or a double forearm block.)

End by returning the L foot to form a parallel ready stance at “B” facing “H.”
