Begin from a parallel ready stance at “B” facing “H.”

Slide the L foot toward B forming a riding stance facing H – slowly extend the L
fist to H.
2. Execute a R MS punch.
3. Immediately execute a L MS punch.
4. Bring the L foot to the R foot, then slide the R foot toward A
forming a riding stance facing H – slowly extend the R fist to H.
5. Execute a L MS punch .
6. Immediately execute a R MS punch.
7. Move the R foot toward D forming a right front stance to D -- R MS
inner forearm block.
8. Execute a L LS front snap kick to D (maintain previous hand
positions).
9. Lower the L foot toward D forming a L front stance to D -- L MS
punch.
10. Immediately execute a R MS punch.
11. Move the L foot toward F forming a L front stance to F -- L MS
inner forearm block.
12. Execute a R LS front snap kick to F (maintain previous hand
positions).
13. Lower the R foot toward F forming a right front stance to F -- R MS
punch.
14. Immediately execute a L MS punch.
15. Move the R foot toward E forming a R front stance to H – slowly
execute a R HS hooking block.
16. Slowly execute a L HS hooking block.
17. Execute a R MS punch .
18. Move the L foot toward H forming a L front stance to H -- slowly
execute a L HS hooking block.
19. Slowly execute a R HS hooking block.
20. Execute a L MS punch.
21. Move the R foot toward H forming a R front stance to H -- R MS
punch.
22. Chamber the L leg for a side kick toward H while performing a double
fist guarding block.
23. Execute a L MS side thrust kick to H.
24. Lower the L foot toward H forming a L front stance to H -- R
horizontal elbow smash into L palm.
25. Chamber the right leg for a side kick toward B while performing a
double fist guarding block.
26. Execute a R MS side thrust kick to B.
27. Lower the R foot toward B forming a R front stance to B -- L
horizontal elbow smash into R palm.
28. Move the L foot toward D forming a R back stance to D -- execute
simultaneously a L MS knife-hand block and a R HS knife hand (rising) block.
(This combination is often called a knife-hand square block or a twin knife-hand
block.)

Move the R foot toward D forming a R front stance to D -- R MS vertical spear
hand thrust.
30. Turn CW moving the R foot toward F to form a L back stance to F --
execute simultaneously a R MS knife-hand block and a L HS knife-hand (rising)
block. (This combination is often called a knife-hand square block or a twin
knife-hand block.)
31. Move the L foot toward F forming a L front stance to F -- L MS
vertical spear hand thrust.
32. Move the L foot toward B forming a L front stance to B -- L HS side
outer forearm block.
33. Immediately execute a R MS punch.
34. Move the R foot toward B forming a R front stance to B -- R HS side
outer forearm block.
35. Immediately execute a L MS punch.
36. Take a long step toward B with the L foot and then slide the R foot
toward B forming a L X-stance toward C (i.e., body facing C) -- L HS back fist
to B.
37. Turn CW moving the R foot toward A forming a R front stance to A --
R MS inner forearm block with the L fist touching the R inner elbow. ( This
technique is often called an augmented block or a double forearm block.)
38. Bring the R foot to the L foot, turn CCW moving the L foot toward C
forming a L front stance to C -- L MS inner forearm block with the R fist
touching the L inner elbow. ( This technique is often called an augmented block
or a double forearm block.)
End by returning the L foot to form a parallel ready stance at “B” facing “H.”
