Won-Hyo  was a 7th century monk who introduced Buddhism to Korea.

 

Begin from closed ready stance A at “B” facing “H.”

 

1.  Move the L foot toward  C forming a R back stance to C  -- execute simultaneously a L MS outer forearm block and a R HS outer forearm (rising) block. (This combination is often called a square block or a twin forearm block.)
2.  Bring the L fist in front of the R chest while executing a R HS inward knife-hand strike.
3.  Slip the L foot toward C forming a R extended back stance to C -- L MS punch.
4.  Move the L foot to the R foot then move the R foot toward A forming a L back stance to A   -- execute simultaneously a R MS outer forearm block and a L HS outer forearm (rising) block. (This combination is         often called a square block or a twin forearm block.)
5.  Bring the R fist in front of the L chest while executing a L HS inward knife-hand strike.

6.  Slip the R foot toward A forming a L extended back stance to A -- R MS punch.
7.  Move the R foot to the L foot, turn the face toward H while performing a double fist guarding block and chamber the L leg for a side kick towards H.
8.  Execute a L MS side thrust kick to H.

9.  Lower the L foot toward H forming a R back stance to H --  MS double knife-hand guarding block.
10.  Move the R foot toward H forming a L back stance to H --  MS double knife-hand guarding block
11.  Move the L foot toward H forming a R back stance to H -- MS double knife-hand guarding block.
12.  Move the R foot toward H forming a R front stance to H --  R MS vertical spear hand thrust.
13.  Turn CCW moving the L foot toward G forming a R back stance to G -- execute simultaneously a R MS outer forearm block and a L HS outer forearm (rising) block.
14.  Bring the L fist in front of the R chest while executing a R HS inward knife-hand strike.
15.  Slip the L foot toward G forming a R extended back stance to G -- L MS punch.
16.  Move the L foot to the R foot then move the R foot toward  I forming a L back stance to I  --  execute simultaneously a R MS outer forearm block and a L HS outer forearm (rising) block.
17.  Bring the R fist in front of the L chest while executing a L HS inward knife-hand strike.
18.  Slip the R foot toward I forming a L extended back stance to I -- R MS punch
19.  Move the R foot to the L foot and then move the L foot toward B forming a L low front stance to B --  R MS inner forearm circular block.
20.  Execute a R LS snap kick to B (maintain previous hand positions).
21.  Lower the R foot toward B forming a R front stance to B --  L MS punch.
22.  Execute a L MS inner forearm circular block while droping into a R low front stance.
23.  Execute a L LS snap kick to B (maintain previous hand positions).
24.  Lower the L foot toward B forming a L front stance to B --  R MS punch.
25.  Chamber the R leg for a side kick toward B while performing a double fist guarding block to B.
26.  Execute a R MS side thrust kick to B.
27.  Lower the R foot to the L foot turning CCW,  move the L foot toward C forming a R back stance to C – MS outer forearm guarding block.
28.  Bring the L foot to the R foot and then move the R foot toward A forming a L back stance to A --  MS outer forearm guarding block.

 

End by returning the R  foot back to closed ready stance A at “B” facing “H.”
