Toi-Gye  was a 16th century scholar on neo-Confucianism.

 

 

Begin from closed ready stance B  at “B” facing “H.”

 

1.  Move the L foot toward C forming a R back stance to C --   L MS inner forearm block.
2.  Shift the L foot into L front stance while executing a LS thrust to C with the R palm-up horizontal spear hand & bringing the L hammerfist to R shoulder.
3.  Bring the L foot to the R foot forming a closed stance facing H --  simultaneously execute R HS outer forearm block and L LS block. 
4.  Move the R foot toward A forming a L back stance to A --  R MS inner forearm block.
5.  Shift the R foot into a R front stance while executing a LS thrust to A with the L palm-up horizontal spear hand & bringing the R hammerfist to L shoulder.
6.  Bring the R foot to the L foot to form a closed stance facing H --  simultaneously execute L HS outer forearm block and R LS block. 
7.  Move the left foot toward H forming a L front stance to H --  LS X-fist block.
8.  Immediately execute a HS twin vertical punch(es).
9.  Execute a R MS front snap kick toward H (maintain previous hand positions).
10.  Lower the R foot toward H into a R front stance to H --  R MS punch.
11.  Immediately execute a L MS punch.
12.  Bring the L foot to the R foot forming a closed stance facing I --  Slowly bring both fists to the side of their respective hips.
13.  Move the R foot toward I in a stamping motion forming a riding stance facing F --  W-shape (sometimes called a mountain) block with the R outer forearm.
14.  Move the L foot toward I in a stamping motion turning CW to form a riding stance facing away from F --  W-shape block with the L outer forearm.
15.  Move the L foot toward G in a stamping motion turning CW to form a riding stance facing B --  W-shape block with the L outer forearm.
16.  Move the R foot toward G in a stamping motion turning CCW to form a riding stance facing F --  W-shape block with the R outer forearm.
17.  Move the L foot towards G in a stamping motion turning CW to form a riding stance facing B --  W-shape block with the L outer forearm.
18.  Move the L foot toward I in a stamping motion turning CW to form a riding stance facing toward H --  W-shape block with the L outer forearm.
19.  Bring the R foot to the L foot -- then move the L foot toward H forming a R back stance to H --  L LS inner forearm block with the R inverted fist touching the L inner elbow.  (This technique is often called an augmented block or a double forearm block.)
20.  Reach up with both hands to grab an attacker's head – while shifting into a L front stance toward H.
21.  Execute a R vertical knee strike while pulling both hands past the R knee.
22.  Lower the R foot to the L foot and then shift the L foot toward B forming a R back stance to B --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
23.  Execute a L LS front snap kick toward B (maintain previous hand positions).
24.  Lower the L foot toward B forming a L front stance to B --  HS thrust toward B with the L palm-down horizontal spear hand.
25.  Move the R foot toward B forming a L back stance to B --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
26.  Execute a R LS front snap kick toward B (maintain previous hand positions).
27.  Lower the R foot toward B forming a R front stance to B --  HS thrust toward B with the R palm-down horizontal spear hand.
28.  Move the R foot toward H forming a R back stance to B --  simultaneously execute a R HS side-backfist strike and a L LS forearm block.
29.  Jump toward B forming a R X-stance facing A/D --  LS X-fist block.
30.  Move the R foot toward B forming a R front stance to B --  R MS inner forearm block with the L fist touching the R inner elbow.  (This technique is often called an augmented block or a double forearm block.)
31.  Move the L foot toward C forming a R back stance to C --  LS double knife-hand guarding block.
32.  Shift the L foot toward C forming a L low front stance to C while executing a R inner forearm circular block toward F.
33.  Bring the L foot to the R foot, then move the R foot toward A forming a L back stance toward A --  LS double knife-hand guarding block.
34.  Shift the R foot to form a R low front stance toward A while executing a L inner forearm circular block toward D.
35.  Shift the feet to form a L low front stance toward D while executing a R inner forearm circular block toward D.
36.  Shift the feet to form a R low front stance toward A while executing a L inner forearm circular block toward D.
37.  Move the R foot toward H form a riding stance facing H --  R MS punch.

 

End by returning the R foot back to closed ready stance B  at “B” facing “H.”
