Joong-Gun was a Korean patriot executed in prison in 1910.

Begin from closed ready stance B at “B” facing “H.”
1.
Move the L foot toward C forming a R back stance to C -- L ridge hand
(sometimes called a reverse knife hand) MS block.
2. Execute a L LS front snap kick (maintain previous hand positions).
3. Lower the L foot toward C and then move the right foot toward C
forming a L cat stance to C -- R upward palm block.
4. Move the R foot toward A forming a L back stance to A -- R MS ridge
hand block.
5. Execute a R LS front snap kick (maintain previous hand positions).
6. Lower the R foot toward A and then move the L foot toward A forming a
R cat stance to A -- L upward palm block.
7. Move the L foot toward H forming a R back stance to H -- MS
knife-hand guarding block.
8. Slip the L foot toward H forming a L front stance to H -- R vertical
elbow strike.
9. Move the R foot toward H forming a L back stance to H -- MS
knife-hand guarding block.
10. Slip the R foot towards H forming a R front stance to H -- L
vertical elbow strike.
11. Move the L foot toward H forming a L front stance to H -- twin HS
vertical punch(es).
12. Move the R foot toward H in a stamping motion forming a R front
stance to H -- twin MS upset punch(es).
13. Move the R foot toward I and then turn CCW moving the L foot forming
a L front stance to B -- HS X-fist block.
14. Move the L foot toward G forming a R back stance to G -- L HS back
fist strike.
15. Twist the L hand CCW while simultaneously slipping the L foot
forming a L front stance to G.
16. Immediately execute a R HS punch.
17. Bring the L foot to the R foot and then move the R foot towards I
forming a L back stance to I -- R HS back fist strike.
18. Twist the R hand CW while simultaneously slipping the R foot forming
a R front stance to I.
19. Immediately execute a L HS punch.
20. Bring the R foot to the L foot and then move the L foot toward B
forming a L front stance to B -- L MS inner forearm block with the R fist
touching the L inner elbow. ( This technique is often called an augmented block
or a double forearm block.)
21. Slip the L foot toward I forming a R back stance to B – L MS punch.
22. Execute a R MS side thrust kick toward B.
23. Lower the R foot toward B forming a R front stance to B -- R MS
inner forearm block with the L fist touching the R inner elbow. (This technique
is often called an augmented block or a double forearm block.)
24. Slip the R foot toward D forming a L back stance to B – R MS punch
toward B.
25. Execute a L MS side thrust kick toward B.
26. Lower the L foot toward B forming a R back stance to B -- MS double
fist guarding block.
27. Slip the L foot toward A forming a L front stance to B while slowly
executing a twin palm pressing block.
28. Move the R foot toward B forming a L back stance toward B -- MS
double fist guarding block.
29. Slip the R foot toward C forming a R front stance to B while slowly
executing a twin palm pressing block.
30. Bring the L foot to the R foot forming a closed stance toward A
while slowly performing a R horizontal punch in front of the chest.
31. Move the R foot toward A forming a L extended back stance to A --
U-shape block.
32. Bring the R foot to the L foot and then move the L foot toward C
forming a R extended back stance to C -- U-shape block.
End by returning the L foot back to closed ready stance B at “B” facing “H.”
