Do-San  was a 20th century Korean patriot who devoted his life to education.

 

Begin from a parallel ready stance at “B” facing “H.”

 

1.  Move the L foot toward C forming a L front stance to C --  L HS outer forearm block.
2.  Immediately execute a R MS punch.
3.  Move the L foot toward F, then turn CW moving the R foot to form a R front stance to A --  R HS outer forearm block.
4.  Immediately execute a L MS punch.
5.  Move the L foot toward H forming a R back stance to H --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
6.  Move the R foot toward H forming a R front stance to H --  R MS vertical spear-hand thrust to H while bringing the L open     hand under the R elbow.
7.  Shift the R foot toward F  -- twisting the R spear-hand and the body CCW until the palm faces down;  then turn CCW moving the L foot toward H forming a L front stance to H while simultaneously executing a L HS back fist strike to H.
8.  Move the R foot toward H forming a R front stance to H --  R HS back fist strike.
9.  Turn CCW moving the L foot toward G forming a F front stance to G --  L HS outer forearm block.
10.  Immediately execute a R MS punch.
11.  Move the L foot toward A, then turn CW moving the R foot forming a R front stance to I --  R HS outer forearm block.
12.  Immediately execute a L MS punch.
13.  Move the L foot to the R foot, then step out with the L foot toward D forming a L front stance to D --  double outer forearm  wedging block.
14.  Execute a R front snap kick toward D (maintain previous hand positions).
15.  Drop the R foot toward D forming a R front stance to D and execute a R MS punch.
16.  Immediately execute a L MS punch.
17.  Move the R foot to the L foot then step out with the R foot toward F forming a R front stance to F --  double outer forearm  wedging block.
18.  Execute a L front snap kick to F (maintain previous hand positions).
19.  Drop the L foot toward F forming a L front stance to F and execute a L MS punch.
20.  Immediately execute a R MS punch.
21.  Shift the L foot toward D forming a L front stance to B --  L HS forearm (rising) block.
22.  Move the R foot toward B forming a R front stance to B --  R HS forearm (rising) block.
23.  Turn CCW by moving the L foot toward C forming a riding stance facing H--  L knife-hand side strike.
24.  Shift the L foot toward the R foot; then move the R foot to A forming a riding stance facing H --  R knife-hand side strike.

 

End by returning the R  foot to form a parallel ready stance at “B” facing “H.”
