Begin from a parallel ready stance at “B” facing “H.”

 

1.  Move the L foot toward C forming a R back stance to C --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
2.  Move the R foot toward C forming a right front stance to C --  R HS punch.
3.  Turn CW moving the R foot toward A forming a L back stance to A --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
4.  Move the L foot toward A forming a L front stance to A --  L HS punch.
5.  Move the L foot toward H forming a left front stance to H --  L LS forearm block.
6.  Move the R foot toward H forming a R front stance to H --  R HS punch.
7.  Move the L foot toward H forming a L front stance to H --  L HS punch.
8.  Move the R foot toward H forming a R front stance to H --  R HS punch.
9.  Turn CCW moving the L foot toward G, forming a R back stance to G --  execute simultaneously a L MS outer forearm block
and a R HS outer forearm (rising) block. (This combination is often called a square block or a twin forearm block.)
10.  Move the R foot toward G forming a R front stance to G --  R HS punch.
11.  Turn CW moving the R foot toward I forming a left back stance to I --  execute simultaneously a R MS outer forearm block and a L HS outer forearm (rising) block. (This combination is often called a square block or a twin forearm block.)
12.  Move the L foot toward I forming a L front stance to I --  L HS punch.
13.  Turn CCW moving the L foot toward B forming a L front stance to B --  L LS forearm block.
14.  Immediately chamber and execute a L HS forearm (rising) block while maintaining the previous L front stance to B.
15.  Move the R foot toward B forming a R front stance to B --  R HS forearm (rising) block.
16.  Move the L foot toward B forming a L front stance to B --  L HS forearm (rising) block.
17.  Move the R foot toward B forming a R front stance to B --  R HS forearm (rising) block.
18.  Turn CCW moving the L foot toward C forming a R back stance to C --  L HS outward knife-hand strike.
19.  Move the R foot toward C forming a R front stance to C --  R HS punch.
20.  Turn CW moving the R foot toward A forming a L back stance to A --  R HS outward knife-hand strike.
21.  Move the L foot toward A forming a L front stance to A --  L HS punch.

 

End by returning the L foot to form a parallel ready stance at “B” facing “H.”
