Choong-Moo  was the 16th century admiral who invented the armored battleship ‘Kobukson.’

Begin from a parallel ready stance at “B” facing “H.”

1.  Shift the L foot toward C forming a R back stance to C --  execute simultaneously a L MS knife-hand block and a R HS knife hand (rising) block. (This combination is often called a knife-hand square block or a twin knife-hand block.)

2.  Move the R foot toward C forming a R front stance to C --  R knife-hand HS strike while bringing the L open back hand to the forehead.
3.  Move the R foot towards A turning CW to form a L back stance to A --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
4.  Move the L foot toward A forming a L front stance to A --  L HS palm-down spear hand thrust.
5.  Move the L foot toward H forming a R back stance toward H --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
6.  Look backward to B and chamber the R foot for a side kick toward B while performing a double fist guarding block towards H
7.  Execute a R MS side thrust kick to B.
8.  Lower the right foot to form a R back stance to H --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
9.  Take 2 steps toward H and execute a flying R side thrust kick toward H – land in a L back stance to H --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
10.  Turn CCW by moving the L foot toward G turning to form a R back stance to G – L LS forearm block.
11.  Shift the L foot into a L front stance and reach up with both hands to grab the attacker's head.
12.  Execute a vertical R knee strike while pulling both hands past the R knee.
13.  Lower the R foot to the L foot and then shift the L foot toward I forming a L front stance toward I --  R HS ridge hand (reverse knife hand) strike while bringing the L spear hand under the R elbow.
14.  Execute a R HS turning (roundhouse) kick toward I.
15.  Immediately execute a L MS back thrust kick toward I.
16.  Lower the L foot to form a L back stance toward G --  MS double fisted guarding block.
17.  Execute a L MS turning (roundhouse) kick toward G.
18.  Lower the L foot to the R foot and then slide the R foot toward B forming a right extended back stance to B --  U-shape block.
19.  Jump vertically and spin CCW landing to form a L back stance to B --  MS knife-hand guarding block.
20.  Move the L foot toward B forming a L front stance to B – R LS palm-up horizontal spear hand toward B while bring the L fist to the R shoulder.
21.  Shift the L foot towards E to form a R back stance to B – execute a R HS side back fist strike and a L LS forearm block.
22.  Move the right foot toward B forming a R front stance to B --  R MS vertical spear hand thrust while bringing the L open hand under the R elbow.
23.  Turn CCW moving the L foot toward C to form a L front stance to C --  L MS inner forearm block with the R fist touching the L inner elbow.  (This technique is often called an augmented block or a double forearm block.)
24.  Move the R foot toward C to form a riding stance facing away from F --  R MS inward outer forearm block followed by a R HS back fist strike.
25.  Turn CCW and execute a R MS side thrust kick toward A.
26.  Turn CW and execute a L MS side thrust kick toward A.
27.  Lower the L foot to A forming a L back stance to C – knife-hand X-block toward C.
28.  Move the L foot toward C forming a L front stance to C -- twin upward palm block.
29.  Move the L foot toward E, then turn CW moving the R foot to form a R front stance to A --  R HS forearm (rising) block.
30.  L MS punch toward A.
