toward D forming a R front stance to D -- executing R LS forearm block.
4. Move
the L foot toward D forming a L front stance to D --
L MS punch.
5. Move the L foot toward H
forming a L front stance to H -- L LS
forearm block.
6. Move the R foot toward H
forming a R front stance to H -- R MS
punch.
7. Turn CW moving the R foot
toward B forming a R front stance to B --
R LS forearm block.
8. Move the L foot toward B
forming a L front stance to B -- L MS
punch.
9. Turn CCW moving the L foot
toward D forming a R back stance to D --
